This is the Philadelphia and Reading Passenger Station in Harrisburg, PA. built in 1835.
I can find no information on this wonderful old station, but suspect it was torn down long ago. If anyone knows about this building, feel free to email me.

The image you posted is the second station for the PRR in Harrisburg, PA This station was constructed exactly on the site of the first. (I have images of the first station including highly detailed Sanborn Maps illustrating all track in, out, and through the city.) The first station seems to be at track grade with trains passing through an impressive classical arched opening. 3 and 4 story head houses flank the arched opening but are not symmetrical due to the western head house turning its primary elevation to face the.City to the West. The tracks ran north and south as they currently do in the same location. Storage, freight and possibly private offices and or businesses flanked the east and west elevations of the station. Harbor, docking and maintenance facilities serving the Pennsylvania Canal are directly east of the station.
